Laut Keir Edmonds, Community Manager von Square Enix Europe, wird der langerwartete Online-Patch, der den Coop-Modus (online) zu Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light nachliefert, am 27. Oktober 2010 für die Xbox360 erscheinen. Zum Online-Modus der PlayStation 3 und PC Version gibt es nach wie vor keine News.

I have some great news. The online co-op update for 360 will be going live on Wednesday the 27th of October. The guys at Crystal Dynamics have been working their socks off to ensure the online co-op is as good as it can be and everyone in the studio is really delighted that it’s ready.
We’re really sorry for the delay, it has been very frustrating for us. To say thanks for your patience, we’re giving the first DLC pack (which has some awesome puzzles and action) away for free. We’ll share some more info on this soon.
If anyone would like to vent their frustration at the delay by blowing the crap out of me with mines I’ll be available for games.
I don’t have news on the PC or PS3 online co-op just yet, but I’ll let you guys know as soon as I do.

Wie Keir hier sagt, gibt es den ersten DLC, der eine neue Spielsequenz bringen wird (mit neuen Rätseln und viel Action) für alle drei Konsolen (PC, PS3 und Xbox360) kostenlos zum herunterladen. Sobald es neue Informationen zum PS3 und PC Online Patch geben wird, werden diese schnellstmöglicht hier nachgeliefert. Er dankt den Fans für deren Geduld. Weitere Informationen zum DLC kommen demnächst und ihr könnt sicher sein, dass wir hier darüber berichten. Also haltet eure Augen offen!
Am 27. Oktober 2010 erscheint dann das sogenannte "Title Update" für Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light auf der Xbox360, dazu muss diesem mit den Internet verbunden sein. Ihr startet das Spiel ganz einfach von eurer Festplatte (Spielebibliothek) und dann kommt vor dem Hauptmenü eine Meldung, die es ganz einfach macht, das Update herunterzuladen.
